Guild Roster Cleanup Posted by
Pharaoh@ 6:19 PM EST
Periodically we clean out the guild roster by removing inactive characters and accounts that are still tagged GoV. This is in no way intended to remove active guild members from GoV but it is the only way we can keep our guild membership current.
If all the charcters on your account(s) have not been played in over a month you may get caught in our periodic cleanups. If you have characters who were tagged GoV but we haven't been able to determind who your main is we may remove that character specifically so that we can determine who the owner is.
In all cases, if you have characters removed from the GoV guild you are always welcomed back if you choose to become active again in the future. Please let any GoV officer know by messaging one in game or sending a PM or post here on the boards. We will get you reinvited. We keep a database of all member characters that have ever been tagged in GoV including the date you joined so we'll always be able to reactivate you quickly.
Thanks to all our current, past and future members for understanding and helping us keep or membership list relavent.
Congratulations Tankyou! Posted by

Congratulations to Tankyou on reaching Realm Rank Six! I remember way back in the early days of DAoC when Tankyou was one of the highest realm point holders I know of. He was always out in Odins looking for action. Back then Emain wasn't the primary RvR spot. Unlike most servers and Tristan today, Odins Gate was a big RvR location for the Tristan server. Many a day I went out and RvRed with Tankyou. He helped show me the ropes. Now, after an eight month sabbatical he's back and in action again. Congratulations Tankyou and keep up the good work!

Congratulations to several of our members on recent accomplishments including:
- Ultimos on reaching Realm Rank eight which represents a heck of a lot of time RvRing. Congratulations and thanks for leading so many of us around in RvR Ultimos!
- Riznil also reached a major RvR milestone by hitting Realm Rank six this week as well. Congratulation Riznil!
- Vortexor for leveling Sonyajean to 50. Vortexor joins the ranks of those with buff bots and can see why so many feel naked without theirs. Congratulations Vortexor!
On other fronts we have two retro gallery sections up this week which include many shots showing how things were in the early days of DAoC. If you were around in the beginning, come by and see what you remember. If you're relatively new to DAoC come see how things used to be.

Congratulations to two of my favorite noobs! Posted by

Congratulations to Bouxdag first for reaching realm rank eight on Bouxdag. It wasn't enough to satisfy him though, so he went out on Skewba and saved our relics. Great work Bouxdag at mastering both the hefty and the squishy classes. You r0x.
Secondly, congratulations to Darcstar on leveling another crafter to LGM. Elwoods is now a LGM Armorcrafter. Now, if I can only get him to help me out rolling some masterpieces...
Great work you two, keep it up.
Congratulations Moondrop and Kulprit! Posted by
Pharaoh@ 4:11 AM EST
Darcstar and Profit have done it again and leveled another character each to level 50. Profit leveled Moondrop FortyThree, a Sylvan Anamist. Darctstar leveled Kulprit, a Firbolg hero. It seems like they leveled these two in record time. I left just over a week ago on a business trip and neither were even close to level 40. Congratulations to you both!
