Relic Raid Success!

Congratulations to all of Hibernia on the successfull relic raid this morning. Turnout was amazing! Thanks to our coordinator Vector and his leadership team including: Profit, Idanyael, Vector, Kalenae, Enoch, Belgarth, Grstaka, Lodi and Joxor. Cynder and Remix hit Level 50!

Our sincere congratulations to both Cynder and Remix for making level 50! Cynder finished off her last .02 solo late last night and Remix was short to follow today with his last 1/2 bubble. Way to go!

Jackryan is Level 50!

Congratulations to Jackran on hitting 50 yesterday! I hear he took the day of to hardcore XP to level. After hitting 50 at around 8:30 EST he headed to Chump's Legondaries scheduled group and shortly thereafter he and Arctica were proudly wearing their level 50 Epic armor. Site Updates Galore!

Lots of site updates today. I'm sure you'll want to peruse them so here's a general summary:

- New sub-domain http://strategy.guardiansofvalor.com up. See the forums post for more information in the General forum
- IRL Section added to the main menu. With the number of hits to this area of the site it's been promoted to the main menu bar up top.
- New Gallery sections! Yes indeed, three new sections of exciting and hillarious images of your favorite folks in game.
- New links on the links bar added for commonly visited sites
- Guild Recruitment page updated to reflect our new recruitment process

Great stuff. Let us know what you think in the forums...

The GoV Gathering for Exp and Lovin' was a great success! Thanks to the 30+ members that came out for this guild-bounding event.

Here's a copy of my forums post on the subject:

I sincerely want to thank all the members that came out and made this event a great success!! We had over 30 members participate throughout the evening, and maybe even more after I went to sleep.

I appreciate everyone being patient while we got the groups together. With such a great turnout, it took a little longer than expected.

A special thanks to those of you that brought on your alts. You could have exp'd your Main character, but instead you showed some real class and compassion by helping others. I salute you!!

We had several cases where members left groups to make room for others and re-arranged themselves to benefit another group. This is the type of guild unity of which we are proud!!

I realize it may have not been the best exp, and there were some deaths. What made it all worthwhile to me was the flood of tells I received from members thanking me for organizing this. Several said the exp wasn't even the important part, that the opportunity to group with guildmates was why they were having a wonderful time.

This event should be something fairly simple to repeat. If you like, I will post the event, organize via email, even though I won't be in the game to participate.

Again, last night made me even more proud to have that GoV tag under my name!!

Folks, here's a request from your War Council members. Many thanks for helping us out with this, Pharaoh

If you see someone abusing Alliance chat please do not fight that person in /as thus making the spam worse than it already is, please visit the war council listing here on the site, find that persons Representitive and send them a message either in game, via email or whatever means neccessary to alert them to the abuse. Currently many of the realm leaders are being informed of people that are beyond thier control. The best way to cut down on the AS spam is by notifying the proper channels. thank you for your coopertion. Alliance chat is a very powerful meas of communiction that helps us reach a vast network of people for Realm Defense but if used improperly many people will turn it off and it will become useless as a tool for the good of Hibernia. Think twice before making that comment in Alliance chat.
